If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- You must request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned:
- Opened skincare, body scrubs, masks, or bath soaks
- Used heated wraps, eye masks, or towels
- Gift cards and downloadable content
If a product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately — we will replace it at no cost.
3. How to Request a Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Instructions: We will provide the return shipping address and any necessary labels.
- Ship Your Item: Package the product securely and send it back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item if it arrives damaged or defective.
If you wish to exchange for a different product, please process it as a return and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damage or defect for faster processing.
We will send you a replacement or offer a full refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary).
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support.
